• ✓Dance floorBuilt-in hardwood dance floor, about 24 by 30 feet, in front of the stage. DJs and bands set up on the stage or beside the floor.

• ✓Sound and A/VBuilt-in speakers with two wireless microphones, a ceiling projector and a 10-foot screen with an HDMI cable, and free Wi-Fi. All included in the rental.
• ✓KitchenFull commercial kitchen with a 6-burner gas stove, two convection ovens, a walk-in fridge, a commercial dishwasher and two 100-cup coffee urns. Dishes, cutlery and glasses for 150. Renters and their caterers can use it for $150 extra; please leave it as clean as you found it.
• ✓Deposit$200 holds your date and goes toward the rental. $300 damage deposit, returned within a week after the event. Renters need one-day liability insurance. Full refund if you cancel 60 days ahead.
