These terms apply to everyone who uses hall-rental.ca. The site is run by Simple Is Good Inc., Pickering, Ontario. By using the site you agree to them.

What hall-rental.ca is

hall-rental.ca is a directory that helps people find halls and event spaces for rent and contact them. We are not a party to any booking. Prices, availability, contracts, deposits and refunds are between you and the hall.

Information on listings

Listings are based on information halls publish and information they give us. We work to keep it accurate, but details change and some may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm capacity, prices and terms with the hall before you book. Ratings shown come from third-party review sites and are not our opinion.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• send false, abusive or spam enquiries, or enquiries for anyone other than yourself or your organisation;
• copy or scrape listings in bulk, or use automated tools to access the site;
• try to get around our security or spam protection;
• use the site in a way that breaks the law.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Content and trademarks

The site's design, text and code belong to Simple Is Good Inc. Hall names, photos and descriptions belong to the halls or their owners and are shown with permission or as published business information. Links to other websites are for convenience; we don't control those sites.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any hall will reply or be available.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Simple Is Good Inc. is not responsible for any loss arising from your use of the site or from dealings between you and a hall, and our total liability to you will not exceed one hundred dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
